FROM POLICY TO CLASSROOM
I was honoured to join Conference of Directors of Education at the 2026 Directors of Education Annual Conference and Workshop in Bolgatanga I the Upper East Region. The conference was on the theme: _“From Policy to Classroom: District Leadership for Quality Learning Outcomes and 21st Century Skills for National Development.”
The conference underscored a critical truth that quality education delivery rests on strong district leadership. When policies are effectively translated into classroom practices, we produce learners equipped with the 21st-century skills needed for national development.
I commend all Regional Directors, District Directors, educators and partners who participated and shared insights on strengthening quality and access at the local level.
Together, we will continue to ensure that no child is left behind.
